On the Other End of this Line

On the other end of this line is my foe

He’s got a bunch of scars and ugly teeth in rows

It’s been a brutal, nasty fight

He’s been yanking me all night

But in the end, I’ll haul him in you know

 

This line is strong, we’ll put it to the test

First was East, now he’s dragging west

This won’t be the day

That the big one got away

No, he’s hooked up with the best

 

​Raw, not frozen, cooked or canned

I don’t need a stove or frying pan

I won’t even up the score

But at least I’ll take one more

Cause on the other end of this line there’s a man
